As an OTC Brand Manager you will be in charge of developing and implementing key strategic activities (NPDs, BDIs and internal business processes) and set routine tracking to achieve assigned financial and in-market performance targets. Activities will fully cover all levels of marketing mix, with multifunctional (trade, sales, finance, demand, medical, regulatory) perspective. You will also define and ensure long term growth plans.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and implement Brand strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability
•Develop and implement NPDs or BDIs with long term financial view, leading the execution of the local marketing plans 
•Manage the marketing budget, also considering financial targets and full brand P&L items
•Do sales forecasting matching Sell-Out and Sell-In 
•Implement sales plans with sales and trade marketing (pricing strategy, distribution, placement and visibility) with omnichannel approach 
•Plan, develop and implement local communication activities to consumers (claims, copy and assets development) 
•Support the Medical Mktg for the development of the Healthcare Professionals activities (congresses, events, publications, PR, presentation to detailers) and of Educational programs 
•Manage direct reports ensuring a full development plan 

REQUIREMENTS
•Degree in Economics or Pharmacy/Biology/CTF
•At least 4 years of marketing experience (as brand/product manager) in consumer healthcare companies 
•Advanced level of English 
•Knowledge of MS Office tools 
•Strong analytical skills and business acumen
