The Consumers Insights Manager will have the opportunity to lead the consumer insight and analytics function across the Iberia health portfolio. 
The CI Manager will need to develop a deep understanding of consumers/HCPs/shoppers and turning insights into commercial programs to maximise business growth. This position is a key role within the team, focusing on in-market activation by supporting launch of successful innovations and communications, and ensuring that knowledge is integrated and synthesized into insights and translated into business recommendations. 
The work and leadership will cover the complete consumer journey from their initial engagement to purchase.


A CI Manager is a trusted advisor who is data-driven, objective, adaptable, questioning, and insatiably curious. The ideal candidate should also be a strategic thinker who is familiar with the business and its economics.

Scope & Responsibilities:
Ensures the consumer/shopper is at the heart of all brand strategies / market execution decisions made by the business:

  • Lead and have ultimate responsibility for all consumer-based research and analytics for the Iberia Health portfolio
  • Oversee and provide in-depth consumer journey insights will feed into portfolio and brand strategy, media strategy, NPD & EPD projects and BDI rollouts
  • Ensures all market data is reliable and utilised to develop actionable learnings; strong focus and involvement in managing the business and NPD pipeline
  • Develops and implements best practices, ensuring methodologies and structure are in place to consistently deliver accurate growth opportunities.
  • Maintains overall management of the Nielsen and IQVIA relationship and other syndicated data suppliers where relevant
  • Leads, in collaboration with CDO, the overall analytics program across the Iberia Health portfolio and oversees implementation of findings and approaches into ways of working
  • Overall management and responsibility for Iberia insight and analytics budgets

You’ll succeed because… 
Ideally you have 8 years’ experience, preferably with 3 years relevant experience client-side or within a research agency in an insight/analytics role, preferably working on an FMCG product or brand

  • Proven leadership skills including initiative, communication, creativity, bias towards action, and success even in the face of ambiguity
  • Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale brand research and budgets
  • Proven track record as a top performer within a multi-cultural environment
  • Confident in analysing and presenting research insights and communicating in a clear and actionable manner to marketing/trade teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
