Main Responsibilities

During the first part of the program you will develop your skills in Field as Sales Representative:

  • Negotiation and check of compliance with the agreed commercial conditions. 
  • Quantitative and check improvement of the promotional activity agreed at the point of sale. 
  • Application in the execution of point of sale of the principles 4P's in the main categories. 
  • Monitoring of agreed planograms and reduction of stock outs. 
  • Collection of quantitative and qualitative information referring both to customer and categories. 
  • Detection and alert on any type of novelty/change in the market at the level of categories or customers.
  • Optimization of assigned route. 
  • Estabilshment of a trust relationship with those responsible for the estabilshments.

After the first stage in sales, you will continue your professional career in Marketing, Trade or eCommerce.

US Additional requirements

  • Be enrolled in a degree or have a career in ADE or related (International business, economics, etc).
  • Minimum experience of 6 months
  • Full-time availability 1 year
  • English: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)
  • Spanish: Advances / fluent (written, oral and spoken)
  • Mandatory driving license
  • Geographical mobility
