The Customer Service Director is responsible for the management of all Supply and Customer Service activities for Walmart supporting $2 Billion in Gross Sales across all Reckitt business units (Health, Hygiene, and Nutrition). The primary role of the Customer Service Director is to lead Reckitt in creating a sustainable, and top tier excellent supply chain required to maintain joint business partnership with Walmart now and for the future; additionally the Customer Service Director is responsible for efficiently and effectively leading the Customer Supply Chain team to deliver Reckitt’s strategy, meet and exceed customer expectations, and champion the needs of the customer in the end-to-end supply chain. This role serves as the key supply chain contact for both internal and external Supply engagement. The Customer Service Director supports achievement of the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering exceptional customer fulfillment and enhancing the customer experience.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related business field is required
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Walmart directly
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively challenging work experience in the management of customer service, supply chain or sales, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry
- Must demonstrate a proven ability to lead teams toward achieving business objectives along with the ability to encourage teamwork and foster career development
- Exceptional understanding of Sales and commercial functions, as well as internal/external supply chain principles, processes, and systems to include order management, transportation, forecasting, manufacturing, and warehousing
- Experience with, and a high level of comfort in, direct contact with the customer both at an everyday operational level as well as Senior Leader
- Experience as a manager with direct reporting responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people
- Ability to analyze data and assimilate relevant data into recommendations and decisions
- High proficiency with computer systems and software applications
- Superior communication skills - written, oral, and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to think beyond the “now”, initiate action, and lead improvements
- Ability to travel as needed to support business needs and professional development
