About the role

 Reporting to the Brand Trade Marketing Manager, you will quickly learn everything about the whole Reckitt hygiene/health portfolio and different categories. Together with the marketing & sales teams, you will develop winning category growth strategies in Belgium & Netherlands. 

 

To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement for the duration of the position, January 2025 - July 2025.

Your responsibilities

  • Daily Operations:
    • Track the performance of the BNL market (assortment, promotions, merchandising) and recommend adapted action plans.
    • Learn to adopt a “Category-First” approach, leveraging different category growth strategies to strengthen the plans of the brands.
    •  Execute analysis to recommend the optimal promotional strategy.
    • Be responsible for KPI tracking (Promotions & Distribution).
    • Present a business case at the end of your internship.
    • Potentially Manage specific category & brand projects.

 

  • Analysis & Reporting:
    • Assist with weekly and daily performance reporting and identify discrepancies between internal data and market data.
    • Help prepare dashboards for market performance and promotional effectiveness.
    • Support monthly analysis on various marketing topics for the department (promotional strategy, distribution efficiency, category growth, etc.).

The experience we're looking for

  • Student at a business school with demonstrated autonomy and organizational skills.
  • Sensibility for FMCG processes.
  • Eager to learn and result-oriented.
  • Disciplined with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficient in English.
