Junior Demand and Supply Planner

As a Junior Demand & Supply Planner, you`ll be responsible for planning the supply of externally manufactured product in order to deliver exceptional customer service and you`ll have the freedom to influence decisions driving sales and market share across a global customer portfolio.


You`ll have the following key responsabilities:

  • Be the primary link to the company owned factories and external co-packers, located in and outside Europe
  • Plan replenishment of product to maintain supply service levels
  • Manage product availability and stock balancing, highlight service risks
  • Manage inventory levels and defines safety stock policies
  • Management of supplier relationship
  • Tactical planning (short and mid-term)
  • Run monthly forecasting meetings with the sales department
  • Reviewing weekly the production plans ensuring stock availability in the warehouse
  • Leads and executes the allocation process for supply (stock availability, weekly execution, and communication)
  • Manage product discontinuations (end of life management and stock depletion)
  • Periodical reporting on the KPI`s: service level, inventory value and forecast accuracy


You`ll succeed because:

  • University or college degree
  • Min. 2 years professional experience in logistics, customer service or supply
  • High level of fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • High level analytical skills
  • Proactive, curious, and able to work under pressure
