The overall objective of the role of Head of Modern Trade is to develop and implement the sales strategy per channel and in customers in alignment with RB Hygiene Home strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Country Operating Profit, Gross Margin, Net Working Capital), and longer term basis, the Head of Modern Trade is responsible for developing a strategic partnership with customers within the channel, thereby strengthening RB Hygiene Home positions in our categories and optimizing all aspects of the commercial relationship. 

Main objectives:
•    Preparation of Modern Trade sales strategies and development plans in line with the business strategy
•    Responsible for an annual granular planning process: defining key sustainable performance indicators, discipline in the critical pillars of the process, responsibility in the planning of the team's commercial budget, management and measurement of commercial terms in relation to customers and promotional activities in accordance with commercial marketing guidelines
•    Responsible for the management of the annual negotiation plan with the client and implementation related to the commercial strategy of Reckitt Benckiser, the defined budget and the commercial conditions of the client
•    Preparation of the annual sales budget: Gross sales, commercial investment, other expenses for the MT channel and ensuring that the set objectives are met
•    Provides valuable information and collaborates with the brand and sales marketing team in planning initiatives to increase the portfolio with accounts, developing categories, planning assortments, planning and executing the launch, expanding the shelf space in accordance with 4P objectives, developing and executing promotional activities and joint business plans 
•    Ensures that the spirit of the winning team is promoted within the Modern Trade team and the organization, in tasks such as: customer involvement, internal planning, execution of agreed plans and overall contribution to the company's objectives; behaviors that reflect RB values
•    Develops and implements an efficient functional model for Modern Trade processes and for achieving objectives
•    Develops an efficient business planning and negotiation model for in-store activations, merchandise marketing, account sales plans
•    Acts as a role model in the organization, works to develop capabilities and people, inspires other departments of the organization

 Personal Profile:
•    Experience in a similar position from FMCG or similar industry is a must 
•    Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
•    Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even faced with obstacles
•    Leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams
•    Ability to think outside the box
•    Fluency in English in Romanian
