Junior Demand & Supply Planner (1 year fixed-term)

We are looking for a Junior Demand & Supply Planner to join our team in Budapest. To our new colleague we are providing a fixed-term contract for 1 year. In this role you will hold responsibility for the sales forecasting and supply planning processes of given brands in the SEE region.

You’ll have the following key responsibilities:

• Plan the supply of externally manufacture products and to manage day-to-day relationship with the manufacturing suppliers
• Plan replenishment of product to maintain supply service levels
• Agree production/delivery plan with Suppliers to maintain supply service levels and manage supplier relationships
• Run monthly forecasting meetings with the sales department
• Weekly review of the production plans ensuring stock availability in the warehouse
• Periodical reporting on the KPI's: service level, inventory value and forecast accuracy
• Set up SKUs in the system
• Maintain a professional, good working relationship with the suppliers

You’ll succeed because you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject (Supply Chain, Logistics)
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Customer Service, but fresh graduates are also welcome with university studies in a related field
• Fluent English
• Efficient PC skills (e.g. MS Office, including Excel), SAP knowledge is beneficial
• Great problem-solving, communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Good analytical skill
• Assertiveness, adaptability, and ability to work in a multifunctional and multicultural environment
