Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Modern Trade, you’ll be responsible for the Health and Hygiene portfolio to handle DFI & CMM accounts.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer relationship with all counterparts; contribute to customer strategy ensuring Reckitt business objectives are achieved.
  • Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets for the account (NR, GM, COP and marketing investment)
  • Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of category strategy and best in class execution
  • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met / exceeded.
  • Overall continuous improvement – identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability management of category.
  • Engagement - Conduct monthly business review of respective channels and develops the recommended action plans as needed.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma level in a Commercial subject.
  • Relevant experience with a blue-chip fast moving consumer goods company for at least 5 years with a proven track record.
  • Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage.
