Medical Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Senior Medical Marketing Manager, the Medical Marketing Manager will work together to achieve organizational goal and objective in the assigned areas within Medical Marketing Practice & Market Access as well as develop Medical Marketing strategy and activities plan aligned with Business and Brand Strategy, Medical Field Condition, iHCP Policy,WHO Code, and Local Government regulation to drive HCP recommendation and users’ acquisition toward Reckitt, Mead Johnson Nutrition products in medical channel. He/She will ensure strong collaboration with brand team, regulatory, compliance and other function at all level operation and execution besides providing clear directions and strong leadership to the sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

1) Build Strong Scientific Credibility in front of HCPs

  • Support Senior Medical Marketing to develop Medical Marketing Strategy with Brand Strategy and comply to iHCP Policy, WHO code, local government regulation & Code of Ethic of infant formula
  • Develop and execute Medical Marketing Omnichannel activities plan, including development detailing aids, e-direct mailer & leave behind materials to support the key product messaging & business development initiatives
  • Monitor, tracks and assesses the effectiveness of implemented activity/program and share adjustment ideas to enhance and assure effectiveness
  • Build and maintain Strong engagement, mapping and development plan for related National and Local KOL by partner with medical affair

2) Main Lead of Medical Marketing Activities & Campaign

  • Conduct continuous educational program partner with medical society to provide continuous medical education to healthcare professionals
  • Partner with regional & global medical marketing & medical affair team to roll-out medical education program in-line with brand strategy to healthcare professional
  • Identify and develop engagement plan of national and local KOL and institution by partner with medical affair
  • Manage all assigned medical marketing activities (premium sourcing, tracking & distribution, including monitoring premium inventory management) & working with commercial operational team in vendor creation (in-clinic advertising, 3rd party vendor, HCP speaker) & maintain/renew active vendor contract
  • Ensure on time regulatory & compliance review of all medical events

3) Manage Annual and Quarterly A&P Budget

  • Support Senior Medical Marketing develop Medical Marketing Budget Projection based on agreed number for activities aligned with Brand strategy
  • Monitor Medical Marketing Budget accrual including monthly budget phasing according to finance planning cycle

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate - Nutrition Science
  • Experience in Medical or Marketing team at least 2 years and working directly with customers and or exposure to Nutrition/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Ideally a combination of Medical and Brand management experience
  • Understanding of nutrition market conditions, products approaches, to ensure that all activities reflect the actual needs of the targeted audiences
  • Understanding of customers and the competition.
  • Understanding of environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Reckitt operating philosophy and operate within company policies and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company and through various formats
  • Experience of working directly with customers/HCPs, opinion leaders, technical experts and professional staff as well as broad exposure to the healthcare industry and its competitors
  • Experience working closely with other centralized sales support functions
  • Through understanding of marketplace dynamics including healthcare customer base; and comparative strengths and weaknesses of competitor’s product.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
