The Key Account Manager will have the accountability to drive the customer strategy for the Hygiene category for Walgreen’s, executing business growth plans as set by the Sales Leadership Team.  Playing a key role in the Sales team, you will oversee the achievement of Walgreens and the channel plan. 

You’ll succeed because you’ll… 
•    Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local Reckitt business objectives are achieved  
•    Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and target for Walgreen’s (NR, GM, and trade spend). 
•    Work in close partnership with trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best in class 4P execution 
•    Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels and met / exceeded 
•    Work with team leads and cross functional teams to develop plans to drive category / trade business plans; work with broader Walgreens team to create synergies and maximize total Reckitt opportunity 
•    Develop trade strategy and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation) 
•    Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and retailer trading terms 
•    Overall Continuous improvement - identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories 
•    Have multiple years’ experience in national account sales within a CPG company
•    Have a strong understanding of P&L management
•    Build strong relationships and work closely with our customers to build trust
