About the role

The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Key Account Managers (KAM) and Team Leader (TL) by leveraging data to drive sales and ensure follow-up/tracking against key business driving initiatives.  Key areas of responsibility include supporting the team in identifying and finding solutions to close in-market 4Ps gaps, improving financial forecasting, and supporting the team with data analysis/reporting from multiple sources. 
Key Responsibilities
•    Supports KAMs & TL with in-depth data analysis on current state of business with our customers and status of executing Reckitt’s 4Ps strategies.
•    Supports KAMs and TL to seek, create and develop new business opportunities to build brand consumption.
•    Provides analysis of competitive promotion plans/activity and recommends defensive promotion strategies where needed.
•    Measures performance and impact of initiatives.  Communicates results effectively across the business.
•    Provides recommendations for action based on analysis of different consumer research and point of sale data.
•    Provides support as needed for business reviews in core Customers and provides national Brand/Category insights to support selling story.


  • 4 year college degree.
  • Experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Syndicated Data.  Nielsen preferred. 
  • Some direct sales experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations preferred.  
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis AND use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories.
  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to turn large data sets into actionable recurring reports
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.  Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of Consumer packaged goods industry
