About the role

You will head the HR functions, infusing policies and strategies with a fresh, people-centric perspective. Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Craft and implement innovative HR strategies that resonate with our factory goals and adhere to both our company ethos and local regulations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, ensuring a seamless integration of new talents and alignment with the factory's staffing needs.
- Act as a key player in managing employee relations, resolving concerns, and clarifying HR policies.
- Design and execute development programmes aimed at enhancing skills and promoting ongoing professional growth.
- Establish effective performance management practices to measure productivity and provide constructive feedback.
The experience we're looking for
- A history of working in HR within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- Thorough knowledge of local employment laws and a solid grip on HR best practices.
- Proven ability in leading teams with a style that's both inclusive and result-oriented.
- Strong record in navigating recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent organisation and communication talents paired with keen problem-solving abilities.
