RESPONSIBILITIES\ACCOUNTABILITIES

•    Contributing to and ensuring production targets are achieved
•    Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers
•    Working to MoM, batch cards, product specifications and picking lists as appropriate
•    Adhere to site Health and Safety regulations
•    Maintain documents relating to Production, Health and Safety and Quality
•    Interaction with SAP to document material movements, order reconciliation & quality checks
•    Perform routine product testing and all quality control checks
•    Control of line and liquid changeovers 
•    Adhere to site Quality Management System
•    Actioning non-conformance of products 
•    Participate in audits
•    Ensure adherence to housekeeping and hygiene standards within the work area
•    Utilisation of Lineview to record production information & downtimes
•    Maintenance of housekeeping records
•    Working with the Engineering\Maintenance Department to carry out routine serving of equipment 
•    Ensure waste levels are minimised to achieve area targets
•    Lead the team to ensure changeover activities are planned, resourced and continuously improved
•    To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required
•    Proactively excellent housekeeping standards in line with company policies and procedures
•    Update OEE/performance boards and attend performance board meetings as and when required
