Regional Performance Marketing & Consumer Experience Manager

Your core focuses will be:

  • to Drive Traffic Acquisition strategy for eCommerce business of region through In-platform and Out-platform media, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • to WOW Consumers by ensuring Reckitt wins on First, Second and Ultimate Moment of Truth through data driven decisions in each market.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • to ensure In-platform media are fully leveraged & exhausted; Out-platform means are exploited 
  • to craft and maintain Portfolio strategy, maintaining balance between top line acceleration and gross margin objectives with eCommerce exclusive portfolio in markets.
  • to drive the Online Virtual shelf in markets, combining traditional Brand & Trade Marketing role into one

Key Job Accountabilities

 

  • Engage with internal stakeholders such as Brand and Digital teams across the region to leverage on top funnel marketing for driving bottom funnel conversion
  • Apply eCommerce Traffic model to work back from the sales target to identify traffic targets & optimization opportunities and lead it to find optimal spend
  • Engage Platform Marketing Solutions in markets, engaging stakeholders at multiple levels and formalizing Way of Working for increased collaboration and performance optimization for each markets
  • Collaborate with E-commerce Platforms in markets to create thematic and engaging Campaign landing pages with success parameters clearly defined
  • Collaborate with Publishers to use Content driven marketing techniques for bottom funnel audience targeting
  • Ensure Performance Marketing budget is being spent with right ROAS mix; Amplifying what is working and Addressing what is not working.
  • Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to Consumer Experience management; focus across all Moment of Truth and portfolio Objectives
  • Work closely with innovation and marketing teams to launch new eCommerce exclusive portfolio in markets
