Integrated Communications Manager
The Integrated Communications Planning (ICP) Manager plays a critical role in delivering brand growth through Comms planning. This role is a new one, designed to embrace the integration of Media, Content and Creative skill sets especially within the Digital space. Reporting into Category Manager and with a dotted line into Global Comms, the post requires an experienced and energised Media Professional with a track record in digital media planning. The ideal candidate would also have a background in Account Management and or Creative/PR experience but this is not mandatory.

What will you be responsible for?
- Lead an integrated team of Internal and External specialists to develop the Annual Brand Communications Plan
- Create and own the local strategic framework for all Communications
- Ensure rigour is applied to key stages in the process to ensure a solid case for Business growth
- Develop and own the Ecosystem, Media Plan and Top line Performance Marketing Funnel
- Establish and Own the Measurement Plan / Tracker
- Agree success criteria and KPIs tracking with key stakeholders
- Oversee optimisation of activity in-flight especially with Performance Marketing Manager
- Main point of contact for key Agency Planners and Local Market Media Owners

Previous Communication Management experience in a face past environment
