Project Manager - Infant/Children's Nutrition

The IFCN (Infant Formula/Children's Nutrition) Project Manager is a key role with the IFCN PLM team.  Developing, managing and maintaining a comprehensive plan with a high level of activity ongoing for the PLM team,  from tactical urgent projects, long term strategic activities to supporting other solution projects its vital this is all managed and organized to ensure efficiency and maximum value is delivered.  The project manager will also be the key link into other project teams within IFCN, IT and transformation areas to ensure plans and expectations are aligned.

•    Develop a project management plan in Microsoft Project to contain:
•    Maintain quality standards and governance set in line with PMO toolkit
•    Use key governance processes as required during project phases e.g. Change Request, RAID
•    Add resource allocation into plans
•    Manage project tasks and milestones with the plans
•    Manage project risks and issues 
•    Maintain project plans and RAID to allow information to be fed into KPI Metrics
•    Arrange and manage key meetings as required – including Steercos and other key governance meetings with the business and within the team
•    Build strong relationships and liaise with key business functions where appropriate
•    Support BSO and BPO’s with key business system BAU activities such as periodic reviews and risk assessments


Skills & Experience required:

•    Good degree in a relevant technical discipline 
•    Working knowledge of R&D’s business processes in RB specifically in IFCN/Nutrition and how they fit together in respect to lifecycle of products
•    Experience in communicating with all levels in RB and also external partners
•    A solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle and operating model in RB.  IFCN/Nutrition would be an advantage
•    Strong organizational skills.  
•    Previous experience of managing projects with multiple workstreams
•    Organizational capabilities and the capability to define, evaluate and manage risk
•    Program and Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMI PMP preferred
