Global Finance Solutions RTR Director

Introduction

Reckitt are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to join The Global Finance Solutions (GFS) Team and support Reckitt with an outsourced shared service offering of core finance business processes.  The GFS Team works closely with its customers to improve the end-to-end processes using data and analytical insights to drive continuous improvement and transformation activities across the business.

Role summary

As part of the GFS (Global Finance Solutions) Leadership Team, the GFS Director – RTR is accountable for transforming our RTR service implementing Blackline and other new technologies, and leading improved end to end service for RTR and Buy/Sell financial shared services across Reckitt globally.

The successful candidate will motivate and drive an onshore team and partner with the offshore team to provide a first-class service to the Reckitt markets whilst maintaining KPI’s and financial governance. They will deliver the RTR and Buy/Sell strategy for GFS and Reckitt to deliver world class operational efficiencies as well as deliver the GFS roadmap for the future, ensuring strategic KPIs are met  and maintained.
