The Junior Media Manager (m/f/d) for DACH & Nordics promotes the Media & Digital Marketing strategies across our Household brands in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway. You'll collaborate with the local teams and other key markets to secure In Market Excellence (IMEX). Furthermore you'll:

 

  • Work with the creative, media agency and brand teams and develop best-in-class Audience Media Strategies (AMSs) from target group definition and touch point selection to example Media Laydowns
  • Understand how a multiscreen strategy and innovation work within the overall Brand Communications Strategy
  • Worki across teams to help develop measurement strategy that will offer the most robust insights to pay off brands communication objectives
  • Establish relationship with key partners in the multiscreen space to determine opportunities for Joint Business Partnerships that drive results and keep us ahead of the curve
  • Drive the local implementation process of the AMSs with the media agency and brand teams across all touch point
  • Identify and share best demonstrated practice/ learning’s within DACH & Nordics and internationally
  • Last but not least - analyze competitor (digital) marketing strategies and use this to improve Reckitt's campaign effectiveness/competitiveness

 

You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve sucessfully completed your bachelor Studies with focus in Marketing & Media and have minimum 2 years working experience in media agency and/or company in the digital economy or FMCG company. Furthermore, you...

 

  • Have in-depth knowledge on brand leadership and multiscreen media platforms and their users. You are eager to learn and drive innovation with a passion of digital media.
  • Are are an expert in the media market, budget and media planning, media buying and research, excellent knowledge of the medium TV.
  • Have a profound understanding of media research tools and an analytical approach to media and communication plan development.
  • Are ambitious and keen to take on responsibility in an organization that provides a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility.
  • You are fluent in English (German is nice to have) in order to communicate strongly across different stakeholders.
