Reporting to our Senior Key Account Manager Global Business Solutions and collaborating closely with our local teams (e.g. (Trade) Marketing, Supply & Finance) this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference. The Global Business Solutions team (B2B) serves to enable our professional partners to create the best environment for their customers and guests. If you ever spot an opportunity make things better, you’ll take it. And by doing so, you’ll boost satisfaction as well as sales. Amonst other, you'll:

  • Acquire new accounts with a clear contact strategy and strong focus on key verticals among the DACH & Nordics region.
  • Manage the day-to-day contact to existing key customers with focus on Key Distributors in a high fragmented market.
  • Are accountable for delivering the P&L for the given partner portfolio across global business units and across markets.
  • Negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy and in alignment with his/her line manager.
  • Define and negotiating pricing strategy to be executed with different partners in the given geography, including Rebate management process.
  • Define distribution network for relevant market/partners among the key verticals.
  • Conduct business review with customers, collect data from customer and analyse it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions.


You’ll succeed because… 

 …you are a strong communicator and capable of building strong relationships multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. You:

  • Have a minimum a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on sales, trade or marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in Sales including FMCG and ideally B2B environment (e.g. Distributors) of minimum of 2 years.
  • Have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills as well as strong negotiation skills.
  • Bring along an entrepreneurial, fast learning agility and result orientation while maintaining sustainable growth.
  • Are able to span across strategy and tactics as needed – as a true business owner.
  • love - last but not least - working within a very diverse and multicultural cross-functional team with excellent communication skills in English and German.
