The role of a Media & Digital Communications Manager (m/f/d) at Reckitt is to promote and enable the Media & Digital Marketing strategies across Personal and Healthcare brands in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. In particular, this role will be the driving force behind Reckitt`s journey towards ‘21st century’ marketing.


Main responsibilities:

  • Establish relationship with key partners in the Multiscreen space to determine opportunities for Joint Business Partnerships that drive results and keep us ahead of the curve
  • Lead and drive the local implementation process of the ICPs with integrated teams, the media agency and brand teams across all touch points
  • Develop data driven digital strategies for our brands together with performance marketing and agencies incl. definition of target group segments, digital channel and message recommendation along the performance marketing funnel.
  • Capture the analysis on effectiveness of media investments in order to recommend proper budget allocation for max. results
  • Identify and share best demonstrated practice/learning’s locally and globally
  • Design and follow up test & learn projects
  • Drive the adoption and integration of new tools and enablers (both provided by global and found locally) to support the 21st century marketing journey



Candidate`s Profile

  • Master degree in Marketing, Media Management and/or Digital Communications
  • At least years working experience in a media agency and/or company in the digital economy or FMCG company in a similar function
  • In-depth knowledge on brand leadership and multiscreen media platforms and their users
  • Savvy and knowledgeable about current trends, innovations and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of the media market, budget and media planning, media buying and research, excellent knowledge of the TV and digital
  • profound understanding of media research tools and an analytical approach to media and communication plan development
  • Self-motivated and highly flexible
  • Track record of good initiative and strong results delivery
  • Ambitious and keen to take on responsibility in an organization that provides a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility
  • Exceptionally strong communications and presentation skills
  • English: fluent
