Software Developer & Data Manager (m/w/d), Health 

Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg


Tasks & Responsibilities


  • Owning, maintaining and further development on existing tools.
  • Acting as a primary contact for tools developed in-house.
  • Developing new tools, gathering requirements and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Integrating with third party solutions, such as SAP / online databanks.
  • Offering training and creating documentation regarding internal tools and processes.



  • Drive development and maintenance of global and local Sales systems (SAP, Accelerate, Power BI, etc.).
  • Provide application support for users, key users and subject matter experts for Pricing system, Contracts management, etc.
  • Analyse, improve, automate sales processes via Microsoft 365 Enterprise infrastructure


You will be successful, because ...

  • ... you have an academic background (minimum Bachelor degree in IT, Mathematics or similar) and min. 3-4 years of professional experience in (ideally) a data analytics or system administration / development role
  • ... you bring the following technical skills
    • knowledge of web development: JD frameworks such as NodeJS, VueJS and Azure 
    • HTML, SASS, Twig, JQuery, Bootstrap, Webpack
    • relational database design: MySQL, SQL Server
    • server manageemnt & configuration: Windows Server, IIS7
    • advanced knowledge of excel, Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Power Query
  • ... you are experienced in working with reporting systems as well as VBA scripting, have knowledge of CRM systems and other market data (e.g. Nielsen, Focus)
  • ... you have strong analytical, communication and team working skills, are detail-oriented, process-oriented to work on improvements and have a independent and structured working style
