Trade Marketing Manager, GT

Channels in charge: General Trade
Business Unit: Nutrition

1. Develop Channel Strategy/Customer Strategy jointly with line manager & other functions
2. Develops annual trade marketing activities plan for GT customers and cascade to trade sales team
3. Enhancing brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with channel strategy.
4. Assist Channel Head to align annual trade terms and support activities with customers
5. Translate activities into quarterly program and jointly with sales team to sell those activities to customers
6. Preparing and executing for launch and re-launch programs and in-store display activities - POSMs materials for the related category
7. Channel Trade Marketing Budget management
8. Effectively stock management and demand planning
9. Ensure all activities are excellently executed with high compliance to achieve sales targets/brand objectives in each chain/account.
10. Ensures that customer insights and shopper insights are quickly and successfully incorporated into product strategies.
11. Provides extensive sales analysis data for the effective monitor and control on sales performance.
12. Builds strong business relationship within Commercial and other functional teams to enhance business performance
13. Explore new market opportunity with new customers, new developing channels

REQUIREMENT

- At least 5 years’ experience of working in relevant fields (having sales experiences about Milk Powder Category is an advantage), 3 years in management roles and with international companies.
- Excellent sales management and selling skills.
- Good understanding of GT Channel
- Understand shopper insights & behaviors
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet and exceed deadlines
