E-Commerce Sales and Customer Experience Intern

Summary

We are looking for an eCommerce sales and customer experience Intern to join our sales team within the Health division.

Reporting to the eCommerce Key Account Manager Netherlands you will be a key figure to unleash the full eCommerce potential, helping the Key Account Manager to deliver sales target and ensure customer satisfaction, focusing on content, search and visibility development and optimization for the Dutch market.

 

The position will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Start date: 3rd January

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement content for Dutch market
•    Analyse Dutch consumers and adjust content based on key learnings
•    Monitoring of customer’s website and ensure always up to date content, search and customer experience
•    Full development of Amazon A+ content 
•    Optimization of Amazon Brand Store as per Global guidelines
•    Working closely with Global and French team members to share best practices, implement new tools and improve the consumer journey on customers’ websites
•    Working closely with the Marketing and Trade Marketing team to deliver best in class execution, drive conversion and recruitment of new consumers

 


Qualifications


•    College studies in Business, Management, Marketing
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Ability to prioritise multiple projects timely and efficiently, in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong verbal, written communication skills 
•    Strong presentation skills
•    Computer proficient (Microsoft Office)
•    Ability to connect professionally both inside and outside the organisation
•    Dutch mother tongue, and full proficiency in English mandatory
