FP&A and Marketing Controller


Job Description – FP&A & Marketing controller Benelux

A fantastic new opportunity is open for applications in the Reckitt Hygiene Benelux organisation. We are looking for an FP&A & Marketing controller reporting to the Benelux Finance Director.
The role is twofold:

  1. Enabling the smooth running of our budgeting, forecasting and closing processes. 
    • For budgeting and forecasting, you will be the linking pin between marketing, sales, supply, and other finance teams and lead the management reporting process. 
    •  For the monthly closing process, you ensure the monthly management reporting is delivered on time and you are able to explain the story behind the numbers
  2.  Second, you’ll support our Marketing department by controlling the budget and control the Brand P&L’s. Moreover, we expect you to do proactive ad-hoc analyses on brand performance and recommend marketing budget optimisations. You’ll tell the story behind the data, providing the financial intelligence our leadership depends on to make critical decisions. You’ll ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting. Ultimately, your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and manage our marketing costs.

Travel: occasional travel between 2 Benelux offices is required. Start date August 1st 2022.

Requirements for this role:
-    2-5 years of FMCG experience is a must
-    Must be a holder of a professional certification.
-    Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills
-    Experience with BI tools, SAP, Anaplan a pré
