Senior Officer-HR

Statutory Compliances Management

To ensure timely completion of statutory documentation like statutory registers & timely filing of returns as per Timelines for both the units.

Responsible for L&D – Shop floor                                                                                                                    

To ensure skill enhancement of Band Z, Contractual workforce.  

Responsible for Employee Committees 

To ensure equal representation is achieved by discussion and involving Band Z at various Engagement activities being planned, and also ensure the canteen committee is in adherence with Factories Act 1948 and SOPs with RB.

Time Office Management for contractual workforce

Ensure the Complete life cycle of Time office is administered and has smooth transition of Payroll Management and Statutory compliances are in line with SOPs. Reconciliation of attendance record or contractual employees on a monthly basis, Provision data to Finance to be submitted every month for administration and other HR related expenses.

Pre-joining and Joining Formalities for all new joiners in contract.

Co-ordination with New joiner prior to joining with respect to pre-employment medical and other administrative assistance. Completing the Joining formalities on joining of the new incumbent.

General Administration & Service Provider Management.

LCM of the service providers viz Security Management, Transportation Management etc.

Industrial Relations.

Proactive measures to ensure the Employee Relations are maintained High and Ensure high morale being an Employee Champion.

Disciplinary Proceedings

Ensure Disciplinary proceedings are followed in case of any misconducts in adherence to Principle of Natural Justice.

Employee Engagement

Ensure to Lead the Employee Engagement activities planned aligning stakeholders.

Public Relations

To liaison with the key Govt Stake holder Viz PF Authorities, Inspector of Factories, Sipcot, Labour Dept, Police Station.

Benchmark Best Practices in Vicinity

To benchmark the Best Practices in the Factories in the vicinity and share the process which help our team keep the innovation program on track with specific recommendations for continuous improvement.
