HR People Analytics: Reporting and Insights Specialist.
• Own working relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying People Analytics needs and opportunities.
• Lead on RCA, reporting and insights provisions, helping senior stakeholders in making more informed decisions and identifying actions that can improve business delivery.
• Partners on new technology demands to ensure required reporting is scoped and data standards are clearly defined.
• Drive adoption of People Analytics reporting, increasing user confidence and value derived from existing reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
• Drive consistency and high standards across the PA function
• Monitor adoption rates, implementing targeted initiatives and training to increase user confidence and adoption.
• Provide training and guidance to local teams to improve confidence in using PA team’s offerings and to drive data driven decisions.
• Seeks continuous improvement opportunities to our approach including measuring the success of CI interventions and engaging with end users to ensure the desired outcomes are met.
• Develop an Insights approach aligned to HR’s planned and emerging needs, leveraging the expertise, tools and resources available to the Reckitt PA team.
• Lead the preparation and roll-out of global insights and deep-dives packs using a structured project management approach.
• Lead on engaging with stakeholders from across HR (and wider business) to ensure insights and reporting solutions are delivered which meet their needs.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders, data engineers and BI developers to develop new reporting using agile methodologies.
• Monitor benefits tracking and report back performance against benefits post initial deployment of new reporting and insights initiatives.
• Be an ambassador for colleague insight, representing the team and engaging stakeholders in the solutions design and value creation insights and reporting can offer.
• Analyse and present complex information about HR performance / delivery in a clear and concise manner adapted to suit a range of audiences including Executive Board and non-expert, enabling wider policy development and planning within the Group
• Develop accurate statistical and predictive models to support forecasting and trend analysis, incorporating appropriate data sources and methods that underpin business decisions.
What you’ll need:
• Significant experience working in the field of Data and Analytics - developed and lead analytics based interventions that have driven business performance
• Knowledge of HR reporting systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and MS Azure
• Strong communication skills with significant experience presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Relationship Management – ability to build, establish and maintain influential relationships to drive effective decision making.
