IT&D Solution Architect- Rewards

Description

Role Purpose:

The role is primarily responsible for working closely with the Product managers in the product group and in assessing the systems architecture currently in place to recommend solutions to meet specific business challenges and improve overall performance and usability. 

Scope of Responsibilities:
•    Create, govern, and enforce standardised technical solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the Reward solutions.
•    Design, modify, and test technical architecture
•    Support the Product Managers in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the Reward Systems landscape
•    Advise and support the Prod Managers and Business Analyst during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained enforced from an Integration architecture viewpoint              
•    Continuously research new capability areas within SuccessFactors, work with functional SME's to vet against current business gaps and how the gaps can be remediated. 
•    Drive the maintenance and continuous improvement for the HR systems and bring in any possible innovations 


Skills/Experiences
Essential
•    9+ years of experience in implementing & supporting  HR ERP systems 
•    5 + years of experience in implementing and supporting multiple modules in SuccessFactors - SF Employee Central, Compensation modules , Benefits 
•    Knowledge and experience in integrating Employee Central and compensation modules with internal and external systems. Knowledge in SAP cloud Platform and SAP Fiori is a plus 
•    Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
•    In-depth understanding of coding languages
•    Ability to lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
•    Plan / schedule project activities. Lead end-to-end testing process
•    Work with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
•    Should be well versed with various SuccessFactors Reporting tools. 

Desirable
•    Experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector.
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
Essential
•    Batchelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical degree 
•    Microsoft Office Suite to Proficient level.
•    SuccessFactors compensation and Variable Pay 
•    Agile software development methodologies e.g. Scrum, 

Desirable
•    Program and Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMI PMP
•    ITIL V3 to Intermediate level.
•    Knowledge of SAP UI5 application framework
•    Experience deploying SAP Fiori apps in SAP cloud Platform
