IT Manager - Pricing & Promotions Analytics


Reporting to the Global Head of IT&D RGM Capabilitues, you will Lead the implementation, engagement management and value generation of global Revenue management products in the markets, assisting local IT and sales teams embed the capability in the organization and oversee value generation. The role will lead the team of regional engagement managers geographically located in gravity markets.

You will be:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for RGM products and the data science behind it.
  • Performing project management activities, providing leadership to the Portfolio organization.
  • Working closely with the regional teams to assist in deployment of the capabilities, ensure deliver from the POD in Agile manner.
  • Be the change agent and driving force to deliver superior RGM solutions that provides competitive edge for Reckitt.
  • Work with markets to understand the business process and the problem.
  • Manage key stake holders in the markets, Regional IT&D directors, Sales directors and Regional RGM directors, SVPs & Gms.
  • Perform project management & deployment activities.
  • Act as Analytics translator for the business.
  • Working closely with the business on value realization, be the SME on the tool and data science behind.
  • Build confidence on the capability by providing various analyses around prediction accuracy and value opportunities generated by the system in a consumable manner.

You’ll succeed because you’ve managed programmes and worked with internal stakeholders.

  • You : influence local IT and revenue management teams.
  • Oversee the implementation of products in the select markets.
  • Lead the product evolution roadmap ensuring its timely delivery and communication.
  • Ensure processes and best practices are documented and shared across markets.
  • Ownership on the value delivery from the Revenue management products implemented in the markets.
  • Coordination with various vendors and internal tech teams.
  • Will influence multi-disciplinary teams.

You are skilled in pricing and promotions analytics, marketing mix modelling, econometric models, consumer insights domain.

  • You have:10+ years experience in an engagement management role in a large consultancy organization or deployment and tech management role in RGM scape in the CPG organizations.
  • Demonstrable 3-5 years of experience in pricing and promotions analytics, marketing mix modelling, econometric models, consumer insights domain.
  • Strong experience and demonstratable track for managing senior stake holders, ambiguity and translate complex analytical situations and data into simpler language for executive consumption.
  • Expertise in all or some of below skills.  Multivariate Linear/ Log Linear Regression based Marketing Analytics, Price and promotion analytics, Statistics and Econometric Modelling and Visual storytelling, Marketing and sales analysis.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing revenue management products in complex markets , dealt with multiple stake holders.
  • Able to work in a diverse multidisciplinary team.
  • Capable of translating often complex technical issues into clear, intelligible descriptions.
  • Willing to learn on the fly as needed and devote significant time to keeping skills up to date.
