Reporting to Head of Analytics (Americas), you will enable RB to consistently out-perform by leveraging cutting edge analytics to maximize Marketing and Sales ROI and contribution to growth. Effectively translate analytics into business impact, develop, scale and deploy solutions across marketing, sales and revenue management in partnership with business owners and Insights /Data Science teams.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Lead the delivery of regional (North America) analytics workstreams Marketing/Sales effectiveness, ROI and Revenue Management - deploy the program, support business owners in implementation.
• Engage with regional business owners, as well as with global CoEs to identify/scope/define advanced analytics use cases and support embedding in the business.
• Closely collaborate and partner with the Insights/data science team as well as 3rd party vendors/agencies to design and deliver high impact analytical solutions, models, dashboards etc.
• Identify data/system challenges, requirements to improve speed to insight and action.
• Lead regional initiatives to educate business working teams in interpreting and using analytics.
Skills and Experience
• 5-6 years' overall experience of scoping, managing and implementing advanced analytics projects with significant experience in delivery of workstreams related to: marketing mix optimization, digital media performance optimization, trade/promotion spend optimization, pricing, assortment/product mix optimization, sales force /resource allocation.
• Media Agency/FB/Google Analytics team experience a plus.
• E-commerce and/or Modern Retailer side Analytics Team experience a plus.
• Solid understanding of how data & analytics can be used to drive business impact - comfort and good intuition around advanced analytics, with a good basic understanding of modelling techniques and advanced applied skills.
• The ability to tell a compelling story using analytics outputs and data from primary, secondary and third-party data sources, with an ability to understand how the related insights might drive business impact.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Programming - Minimum: Advanced Excel and PowerBI
• Ability to travel up to 10-20% of time to meet regional business teams, global data teams (UK).
