General Accountant & Account Payable Manager

Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you’ll support our forecasting and planning cycle. You’ll:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in Account Payable, Travel & Expense, and Accounting Department,
• Oversee overall closing process for 3 legal entities from AP and General Accounting area.
• Prepare some journal entries for 3 entities for month-end closing purposes.
• Review accuracy and completeness of month-end-closing journal entries prepare by sub-ordinate.
• Generate Monthly Report and Prepare fluctuations analysis of balance sheet account.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliation in monthly basis.
• Ensuring control has been implemented and aligned with global policy for AP and Accounting area: improve systems, and procedures, and initiate corrective actions.
• Liaise with external auditors, act as main PIC from Company in AP and General Accounting area.
• Liaise both internal and external parties related ad-hoc projects in AP and General Accounting area.
