About the role
This role helps build the overall strategy & execution for the Medical marketing channel across Nutrition categories & the commercial brand management for the Allergy portfolio.
Your responsibilities
• Assist SMMMA in preparing brand plans and business deliverables for go-to-market activities.
• Analyze brand, market, and competitive trends to recommend actions.
• Support innovation plans to ensure consistent sales and profit growth.
• Work with Analytics and Brand teams to manage market research and develop actionable insights.
• Collaborate with brand managers on medical channel activities.
• Participate in brand planning and POA meetings, contributing to medical channel activities.
• Prepare tactical briefs under SMMMA supervision.
• Handle administrative documents and approvals for channel plans (POs, SOWs, contracts) per compliance requirements.
• Monitor plan performance, review regularly, and recommend actions.
• Oversee medical channel and allergy brand budgets, coordinating with Finance.
• Manage financial requirements including sales, P&L, pricing, and forecasts.
• Support SMMMA in developing print and digital materials and clinic tools for Sales Force detailing.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (sales, regulatory, market research, digital, finance) to implement medical marketing and allergy plans.
• Assist SMMMA in planning national and regional conference participation, KOL activities, and required documents in compliance with HCP interaction policies.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer or medical marketing, healthcare sales, or related roles.
- Project management experience in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in regulatory and legal environments.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with Canadian healthcare practices is a plus.
- University degree in Business or Science; MBA and scientific background are assets.
- Project management certification is an asset.
