Customer Service & Logistics Analyst

Customer Service & Logistics Analyst

Support Supply Services team in the areas of Order-To-Cash, reporting, Custom Manufacturing Operations and inbound freight to ensure that business objectives are met on time at a minimum cost.

What you'll do:

  • Customer Service (OTC)
    • Process customers orders (EDI and manual) in SAP
    • Ensure customer PO reflects proper pricing, unit of measure, requested delivery date, and bill/ship to address.
    • Identify & resolve data issues in order & inventory management
    • Manage inventory supply, ensure short supply inventory is allocated fairly amongst customers
    • Respond to all customers’ queries in a timely manner
    • Manage inventory returns
    • Manage daily sales reporting
    • Manage third party warehouse provider to ensure on time delivery to assigned customers.

 

  • Logistics
    • Manage Custom Manufacturing Operations (Embellishment)
    • Issue work orders to the 3PL
    • Coordinate movement of semi-products and finished goods
    • Work directly with Demand Planning team on priorities
    • Support Master Data Management process
    • Distributor support
    • Monthly reconciliation of the consigned inventory
    • Manage inventory movements in SAP
    • Inbound support

      • Track all incoming containers (Europe, Asia) to ensure other functions can incorporate accurate delivery dates into the planning process.
      • Escalate delays to the Global Procurement team

Competencies & Experience

Competencies:

  • Customer relations/Purchase Order Management or CMO/Freight management
  • SAP/EDI/Excel/Outlook
  • Professional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adjust to each customer appropriately
  • Intuitive understanding of customer service dynamics.  Must demonstrate calmness and patiencewith a genuine interest in helping customers while representing Reckitt's best interest

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in front line customer relations
  • Understanding of warehousing traffic, inventory relative to order processing, on time distribution /delivery to customers’
