Customer Service Coordinator

Commercial Relations Coordinator

Manages all processes related to customer orders including: EDI/Manual customer purchase order receipt and SAP processing

Monitoring shipment delivery, product returns, master data & product allocation of customer accounts for Reckitt Health to ensure complete and final fulfillment of product sales and delivery to customers’.

What you'll do

 

Customer Order Management

  • Process all EDI-Manual Retail/Wholesale & Hospital purchase orders received within 2 different SAP environments
  • Ensure customer PO reflects proper pricing, unit of measure, requested delivery date and bill/ship to address.
  • Manage order quantities versus inventory levels in close collaboration with Demand Planning Team
  • Identify & resolve data issues in order management (EDI workflow) & inventory management
  • Handle customer & sales representatives’ inquiries related to a sales order ( ie order

tracking, accounting, backorders and check inventory availability)

  • Manage inventory supply, ensure short supply inventory is allocated fairly amongst customers’
  • Review, organize and prioritize all items in shared Departmental Outlook

 

Key Index Performance

  • Analyze top key Customers inbound/outbound service levels and order optimization
  • Manage third party warehouse provider to ensure on time delivery to all customers’

Dispute Management / Collection

  • Resolves deductions for institutional accounts. Includes validation of amounts deducted with
  • Appropriate supporting documents, analysis, research to have deduction credited or
  • Repayment can be requested to customer for invalid deduction (responsible to have the

Competencies & Experience

 

Competencies:

  • Customer relations/Purchase Order Management /EDI analytical/ Collection/Dispute Management
  • SAP/EDI/Excel/Outlook
  • Professional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills in both english and french
  • Intuitive understanding of customer service dynamics.  Must demonstrate calmness and patiencewith a genuine interest in helping customers while representing Reckitt Health best interest

 

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in front line customer relations

Understanding of warehousing traffic, inventory relative to order processing, on time distribution /delivery to customers’
