The Regulatory Process & Change Management team leads process development, self-inspection, and continual improvement activities within Global Regulatory, along with providing Support for compliance initiatives across the Regulatory function.  Within the team you will:

•    Work with partners across the business to identify, develop and train out key business processes which ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
•    Engage with business partners to create momentum for positive change.
•    Manage updates to Regulatory Processes, through robust change management, taking care to minimise business disruption when introducing or upgrading a process. 
•    Develop and provide training for Regulatory teams and the wider business where required.
•    Coordinate and execute the programme of self-inspections across regulatory teams and geographies, to provide an independent appraisal of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls supporting the compliance of regulatory operations

This role will provide the opportunity to understand/gain experience of regulatory procedures and operations as well as support change management, deviation and CAPA management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the regulatory organisation
