We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 people to join us as an R&D Assistant within the Air Care aerosols and instant-action team. The Air Wick R&D team make a significant positive impact to consumers to have a healthier life & happier home.
This role would be a great opportunity for a graduate, or someone looking to grow and develop their career working on a global brand. You will collaborate in technical development and qualification of new innovative technologies.
 
You’ll succeed because you… 

•    Are tenacious and ambitious Scientific graduate, you like working on fast moving projects with a close, like-minded team.
•    Are comfortable working in a lab and enjoy preparing lab samples for testing.
•    Want to support the development of formulations and product delivery for AirCare projects, bringing them market in 1-3 years.
•    Like to develop new test methods and protocols for innovative new formats.
•    Can co-ordinate raw material and supplier information.
•    Enjoy collaborating with your team to develop AirCare prototype formulations.
•    Understand and want to learn more about consumer needs and insights for Air Care
•    Maintain high standards of lab housekeeping and follow all health and safety systems and practices.
•    Find it interesting to assess competitor products.
•    Have an analytical eye and can keep accurate records.
•    Can confidently communicate with your team and relay results in an clear manner.
