As a Team Member you will be working in a fast paced Warehouse on a 24/7 shift pattern. You will be a key player within a small team, and work closely with various other factory teams to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. 

In this role you'll:

• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely, accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents.
• Ensure all product is of expected standard whether it is destined for internal or external customers.                                 
• Consistently ensure that all inbound goods are correctly located.
• Make sure all outbound goods are loaded in a timely manner to the expected high standard.
• Have complete Health & Safety responsibilities (Near miss reporting etc).
• Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained to the expected level.
• Effectively keep personal training portfolio is up to date and all 121 objectives are completed .

You have:

• Recent FLT experience.
• Experience of working within a similar background and/or third party Logistics environment.
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team working and team building skills is crucial!
