The Role
As a Team Member you will be working in a fast paced Warehouse on a 24/7 shift pattern. You will be a key player within a small team, and work closely with various other factory teams to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely, accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents.
- Ensure all product is of expected standard whether it is destined for internal or external customers.
- Consistently ensure that all inbound goods are correctly located.
- Make sure all outbound goods are loaded in a timely manner to the expected high standard.
- Have complete Health & Safety responsibilities (Near miss reporting etc).
- Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained to the expected level.
- Effectively keep personal training portfolio is up to date and all 121 objectives are completed.
You'll succeed if you have the following skills and qualifications...
- Experience of working within a similar background and/or third party Logistics environment.
- Knowledge and experience of working in a regulated environment.
- Health and safety qualifications preferred but not essential (IOSH, First aid at work).
- Ability to undertake NVQ based qualifications.
- Counterbalance license (RTITB) PPT licence essential.
