Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As our Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making within sales function. This role combines strategic analysis, operational efficiency, and the application of business intelligence tools to optimize sales performance, forecast trends, and support the overall growth objectives of the organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage dashboards and reporting tools for real-time sales performance tracking using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.
  • Identify and communicate actionable insights from complex data to support strategic decision-making across sales and marketing functions.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to provide recommendations for maximizing revenue and market share.
  • Develop predictive models for sales forecasting, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating risks.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into sales KPIs, including net revenue, gross margin, customer profitability, and SKU performance.
  • Partner with category and channel teams to develop pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies based on data insights.
  • Provide direction & end to end management for the assessment, selection and implementation of Distributor Management and Sales Force Automation systems.
  • Monitor operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance sales execution.
  • Develop and optimize incentive programs and performance scorecards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and IT teams to ensure cohesive data management and analysis practices.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Data Science, Finance, or related fields. (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales analytics and business intelligence with strong commercial acumen. 
  • Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of FMCG sales processes, KPIs, and operational challenges would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
