About the role
The Content & Creator Scale Lead owns the content and creator infrastructure that powers digital commerce growth across all six ASEAN markets. This role builds the systems, standards and programmes that market teams execute within — ensuring that what works in one market is scaled across the region before the window closes
Your responsibilities
Content Infrastructure
- Defines and maintains regional content pillars - the non-negotiable brand and category standards all market brief against
- Builds and governs the briefing architecture — templates, creative guardrails and quality scoring frameworks
- Owns DAM governance — ensures assets are organised, tagged and accessible across all six markets
- Identifies content formats working in one market and systematises them for regional deployment
- Establishes content KPI standards — what good looks like, how it is measured, what triggers optimisation
- Works with CAP teams to embed digital commerce enablers into category master briefs
Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem
- Builds the regional creator vetting framework — criteria, tiers, category fit standards that markets recruit against
- Designs and manages the affiliate programme architecture across ASEAN — structure, mechanics, incentive model
- Identifies and manages cross-market creator partnerships where the same creator operates across multiple markets
- Builds the creator performance scoring model — what metrics matter, how they are tracked, when to rotate
- Runs creator and affiliate proof-of-concept campaigns to generate best-in-class case studies for markets
- Coaches market Content & Creator Managers on quality standards and programme management
The experience we're looking for
- 5+ years in content marketing and creator or influencer management — with deep, hands-on experience across the full content lifecycle from brief to performance analysis
- Demonstrated experience building creator or content programmes at scale — not just executing campaigns but designing the framework others operate within
- In-depth knowledge of short-form video content — understands what makes content work in the feed, not just what looks good in a deck
- Experience managing affiliate programmes end to end — recruitment, structure, tracking and optimisation
- Data-literate — able to build content performance scoring models, read cross-market data and draw actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management — able to work across markets, category teams and regional leadership simultaneously
- Experience in FMCG, consumer health or personal care categories
