Reckitt are looking for Senior Business Analyst (SBA) -  SAP Ariba to work as part of the RB SAP Competency to govern all aspects of the RB SAP template in the relevant module areas. This is a highly functional role with sound understanding of underlying tools & technologies used in the SAP domain. 

What you will be doing:

  • Working in multi-functional teams as the representative of the IS function.
  • Dealing and responding to queries/issues and providing appropriate support mechanisms to ensure robust system performance
  • Providing technical expertise and, where required leadership, to the business on projects/initiatives involving assessment, design, development and implementation of SAP systems
  • Best practice approach to system design and business processes
  • Approval of system documentation, including testing; ensuring this complies with regulatory requirements
  • Governance of deployment teams implementing a the global SAP template
  • Liaising with support organisation for ongoing issues with live operations
  • Ensuring a global template approach is applied to ongoing deployments
  • Liaising with other members of the SAP CC to ensure optimised integrated solution
  • Overseeing implementation of any global change requests arising from deployments or support
  • Working with development teams on any development requests

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive, demonstrable experience in more than one of the modular areas as detailed in the responsibilities grid;
  • Solid understanding of the integration points with other modules areas within the core ECC application and other SAP systems is also required including the CIF if applicable;
  • A thorough understanding of user-exits/BADIs is required along with integration options around non-SAP systems
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Practical experience of supporting SAP and related solutions
  • Experience of working in a global organisation
  • Ability to consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to acquire appropriate business requirements
  • Ability to establish meaningful business relationships both internal and external business partners
  • Creative problem solving skills and ability to work on own initiative to drive and deliver results
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or relevant business experience to the equivalent level
