As a Digital Activation Manager, you will support in all digital media and marketing projects, excluding e-commerce. Our ideal candidate has been previously involved in projects about digital transformation. 
Responsibilities:
-Advise on overall brand digital strategy and learning agenda 
-Orchestrate & oversee digital campaign design & setup
-Advise on digital channel mix & design customer journey by touchpoints 
-Catalogue ongoing learnings and facilitate the sharing of learnings x-brand
-Work alongside the Head of Media to create an overall media planning strategy (brand and product) driving the digital strategy and learning agenda
-Drive data driven marketing across brands, harnessing insights that can be used to refine the marketing strategy 
-Experienced using digital platforms e.g. DV360, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics etc. and internal digital tools for media, consumer and business measurement
-Media agency management as well as working closely with brand teams to ensure that best practice planning and activation principles are adhered to across digital media investment 
-Create holistic synergies between local media team, local e-comm and the Western Europe digital hub 
-Alongside global & media team build out digital trainings for Italy & help to inform European markets
-Be the project leader of our 1P data strategy and digital loyalty program
-Up skill internal stakeholders on digital media best practices and keep them updated

Requirements
-Solid understanding of digital media planning and activation within the Italian market
-5/7 years of experience working at a leading company within media/digital marketing
-Experience of working and influencing stakeholders / senior management and dealing with ambiguity 
-Degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business. Masters is a plus 
-Fluency in English
