Operational Assistant

Description

AS a OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT you will support the OTC Marketing team in managing marketing operations

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
-Innovation process and NPDs generation: raise TWs records and managing related process on Quality One platform, AW generation process (acting as an owner) through follow-up, liaising with all process stakeholders 
-POs management including the creation of vendors and supplier in the system and following up to ensure proper invoices management including follow-up and reporting
-Internal and external agencies operations management 
-HCP congresses management and compliance (gather documentation, manage timeline and checkpoints, materials shipment), meeting SOPs requirements and standards
-Prepare documentation to support new Websites development and implementation with special focus on Health Authorities submission 
-Support the Category Marketing Manager in data collection and reporting
-Support the management of internal approval flows for comms materials in Veeva and follow-up and document collection

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of all Office tools
Good level of English 
Drive for results and Structured approach
