As a PERSONAL ASSISTANT you'll support the Regulatory Health department and the SouthWest Europe and IGIT Regulatory Director based in Milan.

Responsibilities
•Support the SouthWest Europe and IGIT Regulatory Director in all organizational, communicational and administrative matters 
•Preparation of moderate to complex spreadsheets and presentations using MS Excel and Power Point
•Event planning for both on- and off-site department meetings, including all logistical set ups, equipment and travel
•Arrange team meetings including managing all pre-reading, attending & taking minutes of meeting, following up on outstanding actions, ensuring permanent records are maintained, etc.
•Manage expense report submission, various budgets, invoicing and suppliers as required
•Coordinate general administrative and organizational matters, e.g. organizing files and follow-up systems to improve work efficiency
•Manage agendas, travel, meeting dates and expense reimbursement
•Open and manage department purchase orders and budget update
•Manage and update internal tools and regulatory systems

Requirements
•High school diploma or Bachelor Degree
•Extensive professional work experience as Personal Assistant, preferably in a large FMCG company or comparable industry, supporting executive level management 
•Demonstrated, expert-level skills using Microsoft Office/365 
•Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
