Regional Finance Analyst

Enabling the smooth running of our business, you’ll support one of our corporate finance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Monthly Financial closing process and for management reporting with specific focus on CFC
•Monitoring performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses across all P&L lines between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year
•Review and optimize monthly reporting package and timings, addressing new local and Area requirements
•Review P&L and net working capital analysis/management
•Participate in corporate planning and quarterly forecast exercises for both customers and brands, supporting the consolidation to prepare regional reporting packages
•Safeguard integrity of financial reporting by ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
•Provide timely and accurate financial information to key stake holders,consolidating a regional view for decision making purposes
•Active collaboration on Productivity innitiatives across the markets
•Participate in cross-functional discussions and provide financial insights to drive productivity initiatives and support operations management
•Use accounting concepts, analytical skills and knowledge to resolve issues in creative and effective ways and ensure that appropriate judgment is applied in developing accounting estimates and accruals related to expenditure cycles.
REQUIREMENTS
•Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and /or CPA is considered a plus
•At least 1 year of experience in FP&A in a multinational company (FMCG preferred)
•Proficiency in Excel and hands-on working experience of SAP is a plus
•Fluency in English
