Sales Controller Health BU (maternity cover)

Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you’ll support our forecasting and planning cycle.

Summary of responsibilities:
-Monthly Financial closing process and management reporting
-Corporate planning and forecasting by customer and channel
-Support trade spend elements of the monthly close including processing and analysis of the accruals
-Strong analytics around trade investment by brand, by channel and activity
-Monitoring performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses across Revenue and Trade Spend P&L lines between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year by customer and brand 
-Safeguard integrity of financial reporting by ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
-Monitoring customer performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of variances vs. budget, forecast and prior year
-Working closely and supporting sales and trade marketing teams. Providing timely and accurate financial information to key stake holders for decision making purposes
-Ad-Hoc projects and analysis
-Collaborates with other departments by collecting and providing financial information

Requirements:
•    Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. MBA and/or CPA is considered a plus
•    At least 4 years of experience in controlling in a multinational company (FMCG preferred) 
•    Proficiency in Excel and hands hands-on working experience of SAP is a plus
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analytical abilities, verbal and written communication skills
•    Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued, as well as a second foreign language)
•    Strong understanding of accounting theory, current accounting issues, and accounting systems
•    Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance a multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
•    Excellent leadership and team building skills
