You’ll put our programmatic plans into action, across multiple platforms. You’ll handle everything from planning and activation to optimisation and reporting . You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve managed programmatic display or video campaigns before. You’ve experience of ad servers like DoubleClick, Sizmek and Adform. You understand DSPs such as MediaMath and DMB. You can work with verification tools including DV, IAS and MOAT. You have outstanding Excel and data interpretation skills. You’re organised and proactive and learn new systems and technologies with ease.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Centralise and develop ongoing digital audience strategy to ensure we are targeting relevant consumers across a variety of digital touchpoints (incl. brand specific nuances)
  • Research and ensure relevant knowledge on new innovative digital audience targeting techniques and best-practice audience set up
  • Support Brands to build and manage consumer journey build and management across multiple touchpoints considering and including media, eBU, BSI (websites), connected packs, and customer care
  • Lead on 1P strategy and identify winning (as measured by objective KPIs and economics (ROI)) data driven audience activation strategies and tactics via our Consumer Data Hub, working alongside MarTech lead
  • Support brands to define target audience for campaigns through the use of AMS audience sets, relevant passion points, previous campaign learnings
  • Execute on developing detailed customer journeys across platforms through the intimacy funnel for each campaign, alongside media managers, to ensure best-in-class customer experience; advising on best-in-class conversion tactics
  • Execute on determining the reach potential of selected buyable audience segments
  • Advise and evaluate relevant data sources (GMP tech stack, CDP) alongside media agency and media manager (both for ongoing use and campaign specific) considering economics (cost/benefit) and local regulations to help promote data-driven marketing
  • Support IMEx media agency in set-up of buyable audiences within platforms
