Responsible for delivery of performance excellence across Reckitt Canada e-commerce business. Building and Delivering E-Business strategies across power brands such as Lysol, Finish, Airwick etc. Partnering with key E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon (1st Party and 3rd Party), Last Mile (Instacart etc.), Pure Play and Bricks & Clicks designing lower funnel activations. PM Manager will be responsible for identifying and driving paid/owned/earned lower funnel activations across platforms. Research competitor data to understand current industry trends to stay competitive and develop best practices for E-Commerce business. Important to represent the end consumer and bring in their perspective and insights to add value within the broader E-Commerce team. This role will be the main point of contact for brand performance and work closely with commercial, digital transformation, innovation, and brand functions to bring the overall e-commerce strategy to life. You'll: 

  • Lead the online performance strategy for Reckitt’s Hygiene portfolio
  • Build in-depth understanding of the category, competition dynamics, brand portfolio, pricing, and promotional plot
  • Run testing to continuously optimize the user experience and hence improve conversion and traffic
  • Build a comprehensive media plan based on activating the right levers such as promo recommendation, portfolio strategy and innovation recommendation, media activation (demand capture as well as demand creation)
  • Ability to build, run and optimize performance marketing campaigns in search and other platforms
  • Build a clear targeting strategy (based on identified consumer and category insights); reach strategy to suppress multiple touch points within the retailer ecosystem (Amz/ WMT); messaging hierarchy across different touchpoints
  • Align with commercial teams on hero SKU strategy, promotional strategy and communication strategy
  • Work closely with search/media team to maximize targeting & campaign objectives based on analysis of past campaign performance
  • Responsible for media outperformance by ensuring low CAC and high ROAS
  • Able to bring together data points from various data systems (POS, media metrics, category metrics) to holistically look at the business impact
  • Understand all information pertaining to ePOS and brand P&L for e-business
  • Proficient with data systems and technology platforms. Starts becoming the team champion on systems such as Pacvue, ABVP, PowerBI, Edge Market Share etc
  • Have a good understanding of budget management, planning annual calendars for Reckitt brands in the E-Commerce space to hit growth targe
  • Track monthly spends and ensure optimization of funds across several brands, retailers and tactics throughout the year and key sync periods such as Prime Day, Black Friday

You’ll succeed because…

you're passionate about using data to grow brands across digital platforms. You've:

  • Educational Background - Degree educated from a US/Canadian or an Internationally recognized University
  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing/ brand marketing/ content marketing
  • Experience in planning, optimization and executing ecommerce performance campaigns in leading platforms like Amazon, Instacart, LCL etc.
  • Career in leading CPG company/ e-commerce/ e-retailer a plus
  • Research & A/B testing experience a plus
  • Understanding of media, digital campaigns, and SEO practices
  • Cross function exposure to other business operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial and financially & commercially astute
