We have come a long way transforming the way we look at Digital in today’s day and age. Which is why we’ve set up our own in-house digital strategy and execution teams. Joining them, you’ll help centralize and develop digital audience strategy to ensure we are targeting relevant consumers across a variety of digital touchpoints. You will lead building of audience strategy documents for leading brands and work with local media, brand and global comms planning teams to identify key 1P, 2P and 3P audience segments and their implementation in media planning. Support brands to define target audience for campaigns using audience sets, relevant passion points and previous campaign learnings. You shall supervise and track implementation of audiences into media plans and executions. You will be an integral part in defining and developing our search journey.

  • Centralise and develop ongoing digital audience strategy to ensure we are targeting relevant consumers across a variety of digital touchpoints (incl. brand specific nuances)
  • Research and ensure relevant knowledge on new innovative digital audience targeting techniques and best-practice audience set up
  • Support Brands to build and manage consumer journey build and management across multiple touchpoints considering and including media, eBU, BSI (websites), connected packs, and customer care
  • Lead on 1P strategy and identify winning (as measured by objective KPIs and economics (ROI)) data driven audience activation strategies and tactics via our Consumer Data Hub, working alongside MarTech lead
  • Support brands to define target audience for campaigns through the use of AMS audience sets, relevant passion points, previous campaign learnings
  • Execute on developing detailed customer journeys across platforms through the intimacy funnel for each campaign, alongside media managers, to ensure best-in-class customer experience; advising on best-in-class conversion tactics
  • Execute on determining the reach potential of selected buyable audience segments
  • Advise and evaluate relevant data sources (GMP tech stack, CDP) alongside media agency and media manager (both for ongoing use and campaign specific) considering economics (cost/benefit) and local regulations to help promote data-driven marketing
  • Support IMEx media agency in set-up of buyable audiences within platforms
