In this role, you are responsible for bringing the brand experience to life, delivering outstanding design and innovation across products, packaging, digital, and all experiential brand touchpoints, creative distinct brand worlds and identity for ownable and transportive storytelling.  This role is responsible for leading design across KY and Queen V and future whitespace brands. Reporting to the Global design officer for Health, you will contribute to the growth of internal design capabilities, lead the Female Intimate wellness design team, and collaborate effectively across multiple functions to drive the 5-year plan of the IW category.

 

You’ll succeed because…

…you have extensive experience in the design/branding space.  You're a thought leader with a proven track record of creating ownable brand worlds and translating them across consumer touchpoints.  You're an expert in packaging design with experience in lifestyle industry (beauty, fashion, beverages); experience in the beauty & wellness sectors preferred but not required, who understands how to create/evolve brands across multiple touchpoints.  You're a design thinker with an Intrapreneurial ability to drive innovation through design, across packaging, digital, eCom, DTC and experiential by translating consumer insights into new business opportunities.
